Terms of the Travel Services Agreement Between "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C" and B2B & Corporate Customers

  1. Acceptance of Terms The services provided by "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." are available exclusively to B2B and Corporate customers who have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance is confirmed by clicking the appropriate box during registration. Booking cannot proceed without this acceptance.
  2. Registration Process B2B and Corporate customers must complete all required fields on the Registration Form before gaining access to the Wanderbeds.com website. Customer using the website who are under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  3. Obligations of the B2B Partner B2B and Corporate customers agree to adhere to the obligations outlined in these Terms. The agreement between the B2B Partner and "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." becomes effective once "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." issues written confirmation of a booking, either via email or through the Wanderbeds.com back office.
  4. Scope of Services The booking services and sales provided by "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." — including airline tickets, hotel accommodations, transfers, rental cars, travel packages, events, and other travel services — are offered by the Provider. Bookings are confirmed once the B2B & Corporate customer issues and uses the vouchers or tickets provided by "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C."

Copyright & Software of "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C"

  1. Ownership and Use All content on the Wanderbeds.com website, including software (e.g., B2B, XML API, Affiliate tools), is owned by "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." and is protected by copyright laws. The B2B Partner is prohibited from installing, using, or copying any software without prior agreement to the License Agreement.
  2. Prohibited Actions Reproduction or redistribution of any part of Wanderbeds.kz or Wanderbeds.com software, including HTML code, is strictly prohibited and may result in severe legal consequences. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law. The software, along with its accompanying documentation and technical information, is subject to export control laws.

Payments

  1. Payment Methods B2B Partners must prepay all reservations via wallet, bank transfer, or credit card. Payments must be received by "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." no later than the cancellation deadline for each reservation, and in advance of weekends and public holidays, if applicable.
  2. Credit card payments: We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD and AED. Cardholder gets a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules on successful payment by a confirmation email right after reservation process is finished.
  3. Refunds and Charge backs Refunds due to cancellations will be credited to the B2B Partner’s wallet for future bookings. Charge backs are not allowed for bookings or airline tickets that are issued, used, or non-refundable.
  4. Data Security "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." does not store bank card information. Customers may choose to store encrypted card details with certified B2B Partners (PCI DSS Level 1). All data transfers are protected by SSL 256-bit encryption, ensuring full compliance with Visa and MasterCard international security standards (PCI Compliance).
  5. Payment Deadline and Reservation Cancellations If payment is not received before the deadline, "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Travel Abroad

  1. Travel Document Responsibility The customer is responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents, such as visas, valid passports, and any necessary authorizations, are prepared and correct for departure, arrival, and transit. "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." will not be held liable for any issues arising from failure to meet these requirements. Customers should verify document and visa requirements before booking through official resources like the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and their local Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  2. Provider's Liability "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." acts only as a bedbank and consolidator and not as an agent in making arrangements for hotels and other services for the Customer and its clients, and does not provide or in any way control any of the hotels or other services. Accordingly "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." shall not be liable to the Customer or its clients for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, theft, delay or any other irregularity that may arise directly or indirectly out of any actions of hotels and other service providers, company or person rendering or providing services reserved through Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C.

Airline Ticket Purchase, Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation

  1. Compliance with IATA and Fare Rules Customers should review the terms of the IATA Agreement and the specific fare rules for their selected airline or service, which are available on the supplier’s website. By purchasing tickets, the customer agrees to comply with all supplier-imposed terms, including refund and exchange conditions. Non-compliance may result in booking cancellation and denial of services without reimbursement.

Hotel Vouchers, Purchase, Cancellation, and Refunds

Hotel bookings are subject to the individual hotel’s cancellation and refund policies.

Invoice Disputes

  1. Invoice Payment and Dispute Resolution Payments for issued invoices must be made by the specified deadline. Any disputes regarding an invoice must be communicated in writing within 5 days of its issuance. Failure to dispute within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of any applicable discounts or refunds.

Disputes

Any modification to the booking or special request submitted by the Customer is subject to the sole discretion and final approval of the relevant hotel or travel service provider. Approval or denial of such requests shall be determined by such provider in accordance with their respective policies and standard terms and conditions in effect at the time of the request.
By making a booking with the Provider, the B2B Partner acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and the Provider’s terms and conditions. All disputes should be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled via arbitration under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
